Because of Jesus we can hate the sin that is naturally inside of us. With Jesus we can be more careful about who we spend time with, and listen to.

THINK TOGETHER How did Jesus die? Do you remember? READ TOGETHER How did Jesus die? That’s right, Jesus died on a cross. He was crucified.

Because of Jesus we are blessed and not cursed. With Jesus we can obey God’s law without the fear of the curse.

Because of Jesus we are declared righteous by God. With Jesus we can do good not evil.

Because of Jesus all our sins are covered by his blood. With Jesus we can forgive and cover over the sins of others.

Because of Jesus we know that even if we sin we are forgiven by God. With Jesus we can trust God when Satan tries to tempt us and not sin.
